Stafford (right elbow) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Sarah Barshop of ESPN reports.
Stafford was seen leaving the locker room with his upper right arm wrapped in ice after this past Sunday's win against the Chargers. Head coach Sean McVay told Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register on Monday that Stafford has been tending to arm soreness, but the quarterback clarified the situation with Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday, stating that he's had his right arm wrapped in ice regularly this season. An uncapped session to begin Week 9 prep puts Stafford in the clear to continue to lead the Ram's offense Sunday in Washington.

Stafford left the locker room after Sunday's 24-9 win over the Chargers with a bag of ice wrapped on his right arm, and Rams coach Sean McVay acknowledged Monday that the quarterback has been dealing with some arm soreness, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
McVay added that he'll defer to Stafford on the topic of how he's feeling ahead of this weekend's game against the Commanders. In any case, the Rams will issue their first injury report of the week Wednesday, at which point it'll become clear if the QB's arm issue impacts his practice reps.

Stafford completed 17 of 25 passes for 157 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Rams' 24-9 win over the Chargers on Sunday.
Stafford didn't have to take on too much with his team's defense largely keeping a still-reeling Chargers offense at bay. The veteran signal-caller finished with his second-lowest passing yardage total of the season, while his pass-attempt tally tied the season-low figure he'd generated back in Week 1 in Melbourne, Australia, against the Rams. However, Stafford extended his streak of games with at least one TD pass to four when he connected with Puka Nacua from 18 yards out with 3:41 remaining in the third quarter. Stafford will look to continue successfully weathering the absence of Davante Adams (IR, hamstring) during a Week 9 road matchup against the Commanders next Sunday.
