1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Verdexed (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of the Service

Verdexed provides quantitative sports predictions, model-vs-market edge analysis, projected standings, daily-fantasy projections, betting calculators, and related editorial content for MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL. All outputs are statistical estimates generated by our models from publicly available data.

3. Informational Use Only — Not Betting or Financial Advice

Everything on Verdexed is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our predictions, probabilities, edges, and suggested stake sizes are not guarantees of any outcome and are not betting, investment, financial, or legal advice. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. You are solely responsible for any wagers or decisions you make, and you bet entirely at your own risk. Past performance — including any tracked accuracy record we display — does not guarantee future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by your jurisdiction for gambling-related content) and legally permitted to access this content where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including any laws governing sports wagering in your jurisdiction. Verdexed does not accept or place wagers and is not a sportsbook.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• We offer a 7-day refund window on a first paid subscription. Contact support to request a refund.
• Prices and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to recurring pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or predictions in bulk; not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Automated access outside of features we expressly provide is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our models, software, content, and branding, is owned by Verdexed and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Team names, logos, and league data are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate or that data will be error-free or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdexed and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any gambling losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Changes & Governing Law

We may modify these terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
