When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. As you use Verdexed we may also collect usage data such as pages viewed, predictions accessed, and subscription status. If you enable push notifications we store a device token to deliver alerts.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve Verdexed services
• Send push notifications you have opted into (injury alerts, predictions)
• Process subscription payments through our payment provider
• Aggregate anonymous usage statistics to improve our models

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Vercel, Railway), analytics, and push notifications (Expo). These providers may receive limited data necessary to perform their services. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Verdexed uses cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
