Gobert ended Wednesday's 117-107 victory over the Rockets with eight points (3-7 FG, 2-6 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists, four blocks and one steal over 33 minutes.
Gobert blocked a season-high four shots, rewarding fantasy managers who stuck with him. It's been a somewhat underwhelming start to the season for the veteran center on both ends of the floor. Through eight games, he is averaging 7.5 points, 11.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocks, shooting 42.6 percent from the field and 42.6 percent from the line.

Gobert didn't play in Saturday's 121-111 loss to the Spurs due to a back issue. However, he will be back on the floor Monday versus the Kings. With Gobert available, Joan Beringer, who started against San Antonio, is projected to head back to the bench.

Gobert amassed nine points (4-7 FG, 1-3 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal in 30 minutes during Friday's 127-101 win over the Clippers.
Gobert continues to struggle on offense, as this was the fifth time in six games that he scored in single digits, but he grabbed at least 13 rebounds for the fourth time in that span. Gobert has just three blocks this season, averaging 0.5 per game, so he's not the elite rim protector he once was. While he's not expected to lose his starting role, Gobert has showing signs of a decline, and he's no longer the automatic starter he was in past seasons. His offensive woes are too big to overlook, and he doesn't do much in other categories outside of rebounds.
