  • Raynaud (knee) is progressing in his rehabilitation and will be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks, Brenden Nunes of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.

Raynaud's absence is expected to extend into mid-November due to a right patellar subluxation. With Dylan Cardwell (calf) set to miss at least one more week, Precious Achiuwa, Jonathan Mogbo and De'Andre Hunter are candidates for increased minutes in the frontcourt.

  • Raynaud (knee) is expected to miss at least the first five or six games of the regular season, and potentially longer, Frankie Cartoscelli of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.

Raynaud is recovering from a right patellar subluxation and appears set to begin the campaign on the sidelines. The young center appeared in 74 games last season, helping anchor Sacramento's frontcourt while Domantas Sabonis battled injuries. With Dylan Cardwell (calf) also sidelined, the Kings will be especially dependent on Sabonis until their reserve centers return.

  • Raynaud has been diagnosed with a right patellar subluxation and will be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks, Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.com reports.

Raynaud was taken back to the locker room in a wheelchair during Saturday's preseason loss to the Warriors, though he has seemingly avoided a serious injury. The big man will still begin the regular season on the inactive list, leaving additional minutes available for the likes of Precious Achiuwa and Dylan Cardwell (rest).

  • Raynaud suffered a right knee injury during the second quarter of Saturday's preseason game against the Warriors and will not return, Marc J. Spears of ESPN.com reports.

Raynaud appeared to tweak his knee after bumping into Stephen Curry, per Luca Evans of the San Francisco Chronicle. The injury was severe enough for Raynaud that he had to be taken off the floor and into the locker room in a wheelchair, and the Kings should have an update on the second-year center once he undergoes more tests on his knee. An extended absence would mean more minutes at center would be available for Dylan Cardwell (rest) and Precious Achiuwa.

  • Raynaud is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's preseason game against the Warriors, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.

Even though Domantas Sabonis (undisclosed) is out Saturday, Raynaud won't start, as Precious Achiuwa will get the nod at center. Raynaud has posted solid numbers in the preseason, tallying 25 points and 18 rebounds across two appearances, and he's expected to see steady minutes in the frontcourt, though he'll mainly operate as Sabonis' backup when the former is healthy.

RotoWire via ESPN · Oct 11

  • Raynaud totaled 13 points (5-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 24 minutes during Thursday's 114-110 preseason loss to the Lakers.

Raynaud turned in a strong final line, leading the Kings on the boards on the way to a double-double while also showcasing his ability to protect the rim. He entered the starting lineup Thursday after Domantas Sabonis (undisclosed) was ruled out, and the former took advantage of the opportunity. Raynaud is putting together a solid preseason, totaling 25 points and 18 rebounds across two appearances.
