Latest news
Buzelis contributed four points (2-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and one block across 23 minutes during Monday's 126-107 loss to the 76ers.
Buzelis endured a frustrating performance, committing five turnovers while attempting just five shots. The young forward has now scored 14 or fewer points in three consecutive appearances, and his limited offensive involvement Monday was particularly concerning. His ability to contribute across multiple categories offers fantasy upside, but inconsistent production remains an issue.

Buzelis finished with 17 points (5-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block over 33 minutes in Wednesday's 133-127 loss to the Knicks.
Buzelis had just 11 points in Monday's 133-99 loss to Boston. He got it together Wednesday, ending the night by tying for his second-highest points total of the season thus far. Buzelis is beginning to find his rhythm after a slow start to the 2026-27 campaign, with the 22-year-old shooting 50.0 percent from deep in his last two appearances while amassing one steal in each of his previous three games.

Buzelis logged 21 points (7-13 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Saturday's 124-120 loss to Washington.
The third-year forward played second fiddle on offense to Caleb Wilson, who erupted for a game-high 30 points, but the 21 points were still Buzelis's best showing yet on the young season as he sank his first three-pointers of 2026-27. Through three games, Buzelis is averaging 15.0 points, 5.3 boards, 1.7 assists and 1.0 blocks, and his scoring should pick up once his 13.3 percent shooting from beyond the arc normalizes.

Buzelis racked up 17 points (2-8 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 13-16 FT), six rebounds and two blocks in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 135-92 loss to Toronto.
The Bulls shot only 31.8 percent from the field (including 4-for-36 from three-point range) during Wednesday's regular-season opener. Buzelis ended up leading the Bulls in scoring thanks to a career-high 13 made free throws in the loss. Chicago has a young core of Buzelis, Josh Giddey and rookie fourth-overall pick Caleb Wilson, so it might take a few games for the team to mesh together. Chicago will stay on the road for its next game against Milwaukee on Friday.

The Bulls picked up Buzelis' team option Tuesday.
This is a procedural move as the 2024 first-rounder rides out his rookie contract. Expectations are high for Buzelis as he enters his third NBA season, and the forward is primed for a key role with the rebuilding Bulls this year.

Buzelis ended with 14 points (5-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one block across 19 minutes in Friday's 133-116 preseason win over Minnesota.
Buzelis tied Jordan Hawkins to finish second on the team in points behind Caleb Wilson, who had 16. The 22-year-old finished the preseason by averaging 13.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 blocks. However, he logged just 20.8 minutes per contest, so his contributions during the preseason shouldn't reflect what he is expected to do throughout the 2026-27 campaign.
