Stirtz contributed 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt), one rebound, one assist and two steals in 22 minutes during Wednesday's 124-116 win over the Cavaliers.
Stirtz provided a significant offensive lift off the bench, establishing a career high in scoring while knocking down four three-pointers. The rookie guard also contributed two steals and avoided committing a turnover. His performance was particularly encouraging with Oklahoma City missing several rotation players, though his long-term fantasy outlook remains tied to the Thunder's backcourt health.

Stirtz racked up 11 points (4-8 FG, 3-6 3Pt), one rebound and three assists across 26 minutes during Saturday's 119-98 loss to the Rockets.
Stirtz gave the shorthanded Thunder a scoring lift off the bench. After a standout preseason, the rookie is finding a steady regular-season role in a depleted backcourt. He isn't doing enough outside of scoring to matter in standard leagues yet, but he's worth watching in deeper formats.

Stirtz notched zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) across two minutes during Thursday's 96-84 win over the Nuggets.
The rookie guard appears to be buried on Oklahoma City's depth chart to begin his NBA career. As long as Ajay Mitchell and Jared McCain are healthy in the backcourt, Stirtz is going to have a hard time finding minutes off the bench.

Stirtz will come off the bench for Tuesday's preseason matchup against Indiana, Justin Martinez of The Oklahoman reports.
After receiving a starting opportunity in Monday's preseason loss to Atlanta, Stirtz will return to a reserve role as Oklahoma City rolls out a more experienced starting five featuring Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Alex Caruso, Jalen Williams and Isaiah Hartenstein. The rookie's playing time could be more limited Tuesday with several of the Thunder's regulars back in the lineup.

Stirtz finished with 26 points (9-16 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five assists and four rebounds in 38 minutes during Monday's 113-110 preseason loss to the Hawks.
Stirtz continues to impress, putting together another strong preseason performance. He has now scored 61 points through three appearances, putting himself on the radar in deeper formats. While he has certainly delivered on the offensive end, managers need to temper their expectations, given the fact that much of his production has come as a result of the usual starters playing very limited minutes.
