Trocheck notched two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.
Trocheck picked up his first multi-point game as a Mammoth. The 33-year-old centered Clayton Keller and Dylan Guenther in this contest, which is a good line to be a part of for generating offense. Trocheck is up to three goals, four assists, 18 shots on net, 34 hits, seven blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 12 outings this season. His physical play gives him a high floor in fantasy formats that reward that kind of production.

Trocheck scored a power-play goal on four shots and added six hits in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Kraken.
Trocheck had gone three games without a goal prior to Thursday. The veteran center has settled into a middle-six role for the Mammoth early in the season, producing three goals, two assists, 16 shots on net, 34 hits and a minus-4 rating across 11 appearances. At that pace, he'll miss the 50-point mark for the first time since the abbreviated 2020-21 campaign, though it's always possible Trocheck's offense improves as he gets more comfortable with his new team.

Trocheck started the year on the Mammoth's top line, but he's since been moved to center the second line. The 33-year-old's still getting used to his new teammates, earning two goals and one assist over seven contests. He's added 10 shots on net, 22 hits, five blocked shots, six PIM and a minus-2 rating. Trocheck should do enough overall to remain a productive part of a fantasy lineup, especially in formats that reward hits and PIM.

Trocheck scored a goal in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Devils. He also delivered two hits.
It was Trocheck's first goal with the Mammoth after being traded from the Rangers on July 1. He has 13 hits in four games, including two on Tuesday. Trocheck may not be lighting up the scoreboard like linemates Clayton Keller and Nick Schmaltz are right now, but their influence will rub off on him soon enough.

Trocheck was traded to the Mammoth from the Rangers on Wednesday in exchange for Sean Durzi, Cole Beaudoin and a 2027 third-round pick, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Trocheck was limited to just 67 appearances in 2025-26, but he still managed to reach the 50-point threshold for the fifth straight year. The veteran forward should be a lock for a top-six role and the No. 1 power-play unit with his new club. If he can stay healthy, there is little reason to expect a drop in production from Trocheck in Salt Lake City.

Trocheck has been playing on the third line recently, but his power-play time keeps him in a good position to generate offense.
