Beck scored a goal in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Jets.
Beck has earned three points over five appearances this season while filling a part-time role in the bottom six. He's added six shots on net, 10 hits, three blocked shots and five PIM. The 22-year-old has filled in fairly well, but he may find himself on the move to the AHL again once Nick Suzuki (hand), Ivan Demidov (foot) and Kirby Dach (illness) are all available.

Beck logged an assist, two shots on goal and four hits in Friday's 4-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Beck is back with the big club while Nick Suzuki (upper body) is out. Beck has a chance to play regularly in a bottom-six role until Ivan Demidov (lower body) returns toward the end of the month. The helper Friday was Beck's first point in three outings this season and his third total point in 31 career NHL appearances.

Beck was recalled from AHL Laval on Thursday.
Beck was sent down to AHL Laval on Wednesday, scored a goal in the team's 5-1 win over AHL Syracuse, and he's now returned to Montreal. The 22-year-old center has been solid with Laval this season, where he has two points in five appearances. He's been kept off the scoresheet in two NHL appearances, but he'll look to make an impact for the Canadiens if the team decides to have him stick around in the absence of Ivan Demidov (lower body).

Beck was loaned to AHL Laval on Wednesday.
After being called up from AHL Laval on Oct. 12, he appeared in two NHL games with the Canadiens. During that time, he was held scoreless with two hits, a blocked shot and a plus-2 rating while averaging 7:23 of ice time. After serving as a healthy scratch in Montreal's last two games, he'll head back to the minors, where he should see more consistent playing time.

With the Rocket eliminated from the Calder Cup playoffs, the Canadiens brought up their Black Aces, including Beck. In 15 NHL games this year, the 22-year-old center notched one goal, 11 shots and 24 hits while averaging 9:11 of ice time. Looking ahead to next season, Beck will likely continue splitting his time between the NHL and AHL.
