Miller scored a goal and added two PIM in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Canucks.
Miller set the tone in this blowout win, scoring just 1:18 into the game. The 26-year-old defenseman has a goal, an assist, four shots on net, five hits, seven blocked shots, four PIM and a minus-2 rating over five appearances this season. He's in a top-four role at even strength, but his power-play usage has fluctuated as he competes with Sean Walker for a spot on the second unit.

Miller picked up an assist in a 3-2 overtime win against the Flyers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference second round.
It extended Miller's point streak to three games and three helpers. He has chipped in six assists during Carolina's 8-0 start to the postseason. Miller came off a 37-point regular season, his first with Carolina. He leads all Carolina defenders in scoring by a wide margin. The Hurricanes rested a multitude of players in the final week of the season after clinching first place in the Metropolitan Division. Miller completed the 2025-26 regular season with eight goals, 29 assists, 101 hits and 79 blocked shots over 72 outings.
