Latest news
Gaucher was loaned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Thursday.
Gaucher appeared in Wednesday's clash against Washington, where he posted four PIM and one hit over 8:55 of ice time. He's totaled four appearances at the NHL level this season due to the injuries of Owen Tippett (upper body) and Travis Konecny (lower body). If one of the team's two veterans are ready to return, then Gaucher will likely spend his time in the AHL for the near future, but he remains the organization's go-to injury call up if the team needs a 13th forward.

Gaucher was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Tuesday.
Gaucher appeared in one game for AHL Lehigh Valley before he rejoined the Flyers on Tuesday. The 25-year-old center has appeared in three games with Philadelphia so far this season, where he has tallied two PIM, a plus-1 rating, two shots on net, seven hits and three blocked shots. He'll likely be the 13th forward for Tuesday's clash against the Blue Jackets, but he'll have a decent shot at appearing in the second half of the Flyers' back to back on Wednesday.

Gaucher was loaned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
Gaucher appeared in three games with the Flyers during his stint in the NHL, where he posted a plus-1 rating, two shots on net, seven hits and three blocked shots. With the Flyers off until Tuesday, it gives them time to get either Owen Tippett (upper body) and Travis Konecny (lower body) from injured reserve, which could explain Gaucher's return to the AHL. He'l return to Lehigh Valley, where he's posted four goals, eight points and 15 shots on net in just six outings this season.

Gaucher has been called up ahead of Monday's clash with the Avalanche, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Gaucher's elevation to the NHL roster would seem to indicate that one or both of Sean Couturier (undisclosed) or Tyson Foerster (hand) won't be an option against Colorado. In order to create space on the 23-man roster for Gaucher, the Flyers put Owen Tippett (upper body) on injured reserve in a corresponding move.

Gaucher scored twice in AHL Lehigh Valley's 5-2 loss to Hartford on Saturday.
Gaucher held steady last year with 20 goals and 36 points over 69 regular-season games for the Phantoms. He's off to a positive start this season, but his offense will likely need to take a major jump to put him in contention for a call-up to the Flyers. Even if he does rise to the NHL, he'll likely serve as a bottom-six option.

Gaucher signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Flyers on Thursday, per PuckPedia.
Gaucher logged 20 goals and 36 points over 69 regular-season outings with AHL Lehigh Valley. He also made four appearances with the Flyers during the regular season, and he was up with the big club as part of the team's Black Aces during the postseason. The 25-year-old will likely be a depth option for 2026-27, though he may spend most of the campaign with the Phantoms.
