Bouchard scored a power-play goal on three shots, added two assists and went plus-2 in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Rangers.
Bouchard had been held to two assists over his previous three games, a rare relatively quiet stretch for the defenseman. He was back to getting significantly involved in this contest. Bouchard is up to eight goals, 18 helpers, 45 shots on net, 17 blocked shots and a plus-22 rating through 15 appearances. It's fair to question if he can keep this up all year, but Bouchard is setting a pace that would put him over 120 points if he can avoid missing time. No blueliner has earned more than 110 points since Paul Coffey's 113-point regular season for the Penguins in 1988-89.

Bouchard delivered two assists, including one on the power play, in a 7-2 loss to Toronto on Saturday.
He fired three shots, blocked three and delivered one hit. Bouchard has exploded out of the blocks this season, registering 21 points (seven goals, 14 assists) in 11 games. He's third overall in points and helpers. Bouchard is on an eight-game, 13-point scoring streak that includes 10 assists. Half of those assists have come with the man advantage. Bouchard likely won't keep this heat up, as he's on a 160-point pace. Bobby Orr holds the record for the most points by a defender in a single season, pouring in a whopping 139 points (37 goals, 102 assists) in 78 games in 1970-71. Bouchard is no Orr, and he's no Paul Coffey, either -- the latter came within one point of tying Orr in 1985-86. However, Bouchard is in a great spot offensively, especially with Connor McDavid piling up points at a rapid pace.

Bouchard scored a power-play goal on three shots and added a power-play assist in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Wild.
Bouchard celebrated his 27th birthday with his seventh goal of the season, converting the overtime winner after assisting on Leon Draisaitl's first-period power-play tally. Bouchard continues to provide elite offensive production from Edmonton's blue line, with 18 points through nine games. His prominent role on the Oilers' top power-play unit gives him an exceptionally high fantasy ceiling, particularly with Edmonton converting three of its five opportunities Tuesday. His consistency is almost unmatched, as he has cracked the scoresheet in all but one of his nine appearances. He also has five multi-point performances already.

Bouchard notched two assists, including one on the power play, and added two hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Kings.
This was Bouchard's fourth multi-point effort of the campaign. The 26-year-old has been arguably the best fantasy defenseman to start the season, earning six goals and eight assists across six contests. He's also racked up 18 shots on net, five hits, five blocked shots and a plus-14 rating. In the 2025-26 regular season, he earned 33 of his 95 points on the power play, but he's picked up just three of 14 points with the man advantage so far this year, which bodes well for sustainability.

Bouchard scored twice on four shots, added a power-play assist and went plus-4 in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Ducks.
Bouchard was right in the middle of the Oilers' five-goal second period. The 26-year-old defenseman is the first blueliner to cross the 10-point mark this year, doing so with six goals, five assists, 16 shots on net and a plus-10 rating over four appearances. There's been no slow start on offense in Edmonton this season, and Bouchard's strong play cements his status as one of the top blueliners in the league.

Bouchard scored a goal on four shots, added two assists and went plus-3 in Thursday's 9-7 win over the Canucks.
Per Sportsnet, Bouchard's eight points are the most by any NHL defenseman in his team's first two games since Harry Cameron had seven points in the Toronto Arenas' first two contests in 1917. Considering Bouchard has earned just a single power-play assist, it's safe to say he isn't even maximizing his opportunities yet. The Oilers' offense won't hum at this pace all year, but Bouchard has set off to a good start as he aims for a third point-per-game campaign in four years. Don't let Bouchard out of your fantasy lineup -- he's proving last year was no fluke.
