Perron (not injury related) was on the ice for Monday's practice session, Stars TV host Brien Rea reports.
Perron could make his season debut against the Bruins on Tuesday, though the Stars could keep him out of the lineup a little longer to make sure he's up to game speed after signing a one-year deal last Thursday. In 49 regular-season games with the Senators last season, the veteran winger notched 10 goals and 15 assists, including eight power-play points.

Perron hasn't met up with the team in Chicago after signing a one-year, $850,000 contract Thursday. After Saturday's tilt, the Stars are heading back home, which is probably when Perron will start working with his new teammates. The 38-year-old might end up making his debut Tuesday versus Boston. If that's the case, then Perron will likely serve in a bottom-six capacity.
