Coleman scored two goals on five shots, added four PIM, logged two hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Kraken.
Coleman started the year with three points over four games, all on the power play, but he went cold after that. Saturday's performance snapped a seven-game point drought for the veteran forward. He's up to four goals, one helper, 25 shots on net, 22 hits, 16 PIM and a minus-1 rating over 12 appearances. Coleman's a good source of the gritty stats, and he's finished above the 30-point mark in each of his last eight seasons.

Coleman scored a power-play goal Thursday in a 3-2 loss to Tampa Bay.
Coleman beat Dennis Hildeby high glove side from the left circle. He plays a lead role on the Wild's second power-play unit, and all three of his points this season (two goals, one assist) have come with the man advantage. Coleman will give you surprising value off the wire, at least for now. It won't last, though, or at least his history suggests it won't. Coleman is a pretty consistent mid-to-high 30s point guy, but he does have one standout 30-goal, 54-point season. Take advantage for now.

Coleman scored the game-winning goal on the power play in Thursday's 3-1 victory over the Predators.
Acquired from Calgary in an offseason trade, Coleman made an immediate impact in his Minnesota debut, taking a feed down low from Bobby Brink, wheeling to the front of the net and snapping the puck past Juuse Saros at 13:48 of the first period. Coleman is coming off his fourth career 20-goal campaign, but the 34-year-old has topped 40 points only once, instead providing value as a physical presence -- he's reached triple digits in hits in each of the last nine seasons.

Coleman and Olli Maatta were traded to the Wild from the Flames on Thursday in exchange for Jake Middleton, a 2027 third-round pick, a 2028 fourth-round pick and a 2029 second-round pick, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Coleman was a consistent contributor over his five years in Calgary, recording at least 33 points and 107 hits in each season. Across 69 regular-season appearances last year, he recorded 20 goals, 15 assists, 152 hits, 49 PIM and 48 blocked shots while averaging 17:20 of ice time. Coleman is entering the final year of a six-year, $29.4 million contract, and the Flames will retain 50 percent of his salary for the 2026-27 campaign.
