The Orioles extended Rogers a one-year, $23.15 million qualifying offer Monday.
After being nearly unhittable during the 2025 season en route to a 1.81 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 103:29 K:BB across 109.2 innings, Rogers struggled for a good portion of the 2026 campaign. Across 30 starts, the left-hander recorded a 4.03 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 157:39 K:BB spanning 169.2 innings. The 30 starts established a new career-high mark for the soon-to-be 29-year-old, and he'll have until Nov. 17 to accept or decline the qualifying offer.

Rogers did not factor into the decision in a 10-2 win over the Yankees in Game 1 of Friday's doubleheader, allowing one run on five hits and no walks with four strikeouts over four innings.
Rogers allowed a run in the fourth inning but was solid overall, filling the zone with 41 of 55 pitches while generating 11 whiffs in his final start of the campaign. The 28-year-old finished the year strong, posting a 2.53 ERA with a stellar 36:2 K:BB over five September outings. He'll finish the season 10-11 with a 4.03 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 157:39 K:BB across a career-high 169.2 innings, and Rogers will test free agency this winter.

Rogers (10-11) took the loss Saturday as the Orioles fell 1-0 to the Brewers, allowing one run on three hits and one walk over eight innings. He struck out 10.
A Joey Ortiz triple in the second inning led to the only offense in the game, as Rogers came out on the wrong end of the decision despite delivering one of his best performances of the season. The lefty tossed 72 of 99 pitches for strikes in his 15th quality start of the year, eight of which have come in 12 outings since the All-Star break. He's produced a 3.58 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and dazzling 84:8 K:BB in 75.1 innings during that second-half stretch. Rogers will wrap up his regular season with a road start next weekend against the Yankees.

Rogers (10-10) took the loss against the Blue Jays on Sunday, allowing four runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out five across six innings.
Rogers limited the Blue Jays to one run through four innings, but the 28-year-old southpaw's outing took a turn for the worse in the fifth, when he gave up consecutive homers to George Springer, Vladimir Guerrero and Kazuma Okamoto. It was the first time Rogers gave up three home runs in a start since Sept. 26, 2025, against the Yankees. He'll take a 4.22 ERA and 1.22 WHIP over 157.2 innings into his next start, tentatively slated for next weekend at home against the Brewers.

Rogers (10-9) notched the win against Cleveland on Monday, allowing one run on six hits and no walks in 7.1 innings. He struck out six.
Rogers emptied the tank for the Orioles on Monday amid a heated American League playoff race, throwing a season-high 104 pitches in a season-long outing. The left-hander has really turned his campaign around following a dismal start to the year, yielding two earned runs or fewer in 13 of his last 17 appearances since the beginning of June. He'll take a 4.15 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 138:37 K:BB over 151.2 innings into his next scheduled start in Toronto.
