McCarthy went 3-for-5 with a triple, two RBI, one run scored and a stolen base in Friday's 5-4 loss to the Mariners.
McCarthy drove in a run on a single in the fourth inning before tying the game on an RBI triple in the sixth. It continued a strong September for the 29-year-old breakout, who owns a 1.031 OPS with nine extra-base hits, 12 RBI, 11 runs scored and five stolen bases through 16 games this month. On the season, he's slashing .298/.342/.490 with 15 homers, 82 RBI, 77 runs scored and 31 steals across 563 plate appearances.

McCarthy went 0-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Wednesday's 9-3 loss to the Padres.
The theft was McCarthy's 30th of the year, and this is the first time he's reached that milestone. Wednesday was just the third time in September he's been held hitless -- he's batting .345 (20-for-58) this month. Overall, the outfielder has enjoyed a career year, hitting .295 with an .822 OPS, 15 home runs, 80 RBI, 75 runs scored, 30 doubles and 10 triples across 137 contests.

McCarthy went 2-for-5 with a double, a triple, two RBI and a run scored in Monday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.
McCarthy collected a pair of extra-base hits, with the outfielder's two-RBI triple in the sixth inning being his 10th three-bagger of the campaign. The 29-year-old has hit safely in all 12 games so far in September, tallying six multi-hit efforts during that stretch. It's been a breakout 2026 for McCarthy in his first season with the Rockies, as he's slashing .296/.340/.486 with 15 homers, 80 RBI, 73 runs and 29 stolen bases in 135 contests.

McCarthy went 3-for-5 in Friday's 6-2 loss to the Tigers.
The speedy outfielder did his job at the top of the order, but the rest of the Rockies' lineup couldn't take advantage. McCarthy's had a strong first season with the club, setting new career highs with 15 homers, 29 steals, 76 RBI and 71 runs while slashing .297/.339/.485 in 132 games, and his production hasn't been completely fueled by playing his home games at altitude. McCarthy does sport an .896 OPS at Coors Field this year, but his .752 road OPS would still be 160 points higher than what he produced during the entire 2025 campaign for Arizona.

McCarthy went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, three total RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 10-8 loss to the Cardinals.
McCarthy is batting .324 (12-for-37) over his last nine games, adding five extra-base hits and four steals in that span. The outfielder is also up to 75 RBI on the year, a strong number for a player who has primarily worked out of the leadoff spot. He's at a .293 average, .821 OPS, 15 home runs, 29 doubles, eight triples, 29 stolen bases and 71 runs scored over 128 contests.
